The Piedmont Orthopedic Society Annual Meeting
Dear Piedmont Members,
It’s time to register for The Piedmont Orthopedic Society Annual Meeting at the Four Seasons Nevis, June 11-15, 2024! PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS ENTIRE EMAIL as there is a lot of information, and we will be adhering to the strict deadlines below.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
Submit your abstracts to Lori Catanzano and Penny Howard (cc’d) before March 1, 2024. The program will be completed in March to meet CME requirements.
MEETING REGISTRATION
Registration deadlines are March 18 (Early Bird) and April 1 (Regular). These are firm deadlines to account for meeting numbers.
NEW

• Early bird registration, deadline: March 18: Member -$2000, guest – $700, children (6-17) – $175
• Regular registration, deadline: March 19-April 1: Member – $2100, guest – $800, children (6-17) – $175
• If you already have a room in our room block, and fail to register by April 1, your room may be
relinquished to the waitlist. All guests must be registered with full names.
• If you have questions about registration, please contact Lori or Penny.
LODGING
The rooming block is SOLD OUT! If you have arranged alternative lodging through Airbnb, VRBO, etc., please let us know. Also, if your plans have changed and you need to cancel your room(s), please let us know first (and not the Four Seasons) as soon as you can so that we may offer your room to another Piedmont member on the waitlist.
ACTIVITIES
Signups for activities will be done differently this year. We will send out group activity information with a separate signup/payment link in a few weeks to those registered for the meeting. Payment will be online and in advance, with firm signup/cancellation deadlines. Stay tuned for this information once you register.
